New Plan for Youtube Page

Up until this point, I have made it a point to post two video's minimum weekly. One on Wednesdays that give weight loss tips and suggestions and one on Fridays which include my full body update and weight loss update. I have decided to still bring you two per week, but to only give a full body for every 10lb victory.

Instead of having large goals such as 40 or 50 lbs, to break them into smaller goals and update the pics when I reach those goals. I will still bring you the shows with weight loss tips and suggestions as well as update you on my weight loss weekly, but now in addition, I will bring you low calorie recipes that will help you along the way on this new lifestyle. Restricting for a few weeks is great to lose a few pounds quick but if you have a lot of weight to lose, you need to adopt a new lifestyle, hence healthier, lower calorie meals. This way, your skin will have time to adjust to the weight loss and you won't be left with sagging skin and lowered self esteem. The meals will be super tasty, easy to fix and exciting enough that your whole family can partake.

Watch for these changes in the coming week.

Days 1 -15 before and after photos

Today is day 14 on my eating plan. As of today, I am down a total of 12lbs and 7 inches! I am extremely happy but not totally surprised at the results thus far, being that I have been helping others get their mind and body together for quite a while. I wish I had jumped on my own eating plan a year ago!!!!!

Since documenting my journey on youtube the last couple of weeks, I have gotten a lot of inbox messages inquiring what I am doing to lose weight and inches so fast. Every Wednesday, I give tips to health in general which will assist with the weight loss. I haven't really given the step by step of what Im doing, simply because its an eating plan and varies depending on the person, so what I am doing, you may not do, depending on weight, likes, dislikes, etc... When meeting clients initially, we have at least a 30 minute phone consultation prior to me writing out their meal plans.

What I have decided to do, is give one person, my personalized menu planning and diet program to do along side me for the next 8 weeks.  To enter, send an message to my youtube inbox telling me why you should be on the program as well as your current weight and weight loss goals. The deadline to enter is January 24th. The winner will be announced on January 28th, with the diet plan starting the following Tuesday February 1, 2011...

Wednesday and Fridays You Tube Posts

This weeks Youtube posts (January 5 and 7) MAY not be uploaded due to computer issues. In the last year or so, I have had to replace my computer charger twice and it decided to go out on me once again this weekend. I have ordered another one which I don't expect until next week sometime. I am going to try to wiggle the cord and pray really really hard that I can get it to charge at some point today so that I can update you all. I had some really great things to discuss with you for Wednesdays show and I am truly disappointed. If the wiggle and the prayer doesn't work, I will post Wednesdays topics here on the blog and Fridays weight loss update on the blog as well.....
