New Plan for Youtube Page

Up until this point, I have made it a point to post two video's minimum weekly. One on Wednesdays that give weight loss tips and suggestions and one on Fridays which include my full body update and weight loss update. I have decided to still bring you two per week, but to only give a full body for every 10lb victory.

Instead of having large goals such as 40 or 50 lbs, to break them into smaller goals and update the pics when I reach those goals. I will still bring you the shows with weight loss tips and suggestions as well as update you on my weight loss weekly, but now in addition, I will bring you low calorie recipes that will help you along the way on this new lifestyle. Restricting for a few weeks is great to lose a few pounds quick but if you have a lot of weight to lose, you need to adopt a new lifestyle, hence healthier, lower calorie meals. This way, your skin will have time to adjust to the weight loss and you won't be left with sagging skin and lowered self esteem. The meals will be super tasty, easy to fix and exciting enough that your whole family can partake.

Watch for these changes in the coming week.
