The Urban Homemaker: A 20 something chef with a zest for life, I love food! That has always been a problem. I love rich savory food that no one should eat at every meal. And, over the years the pounds begin to pack on. In my mid 20's I begin to tackle my weight problem losing over 60lbs all while still eating the rich foods I love. Ooop... guess what?!? Here comes baby!!!! After the birth of my son, I packed on those 60 all over again down to the exact pound! I've seemed to keep the weight on for a while now, just being a tired mom with no time to look after myself and my health and making sure that Im helping my clients learn to eat correctly and drop the pounds.
